I am not a fan of Align electronics. So I hear Jazz is one of the best esc's on the market but don't know much about them. What would be a good one and how are they to set up and what kind of warranty do the offer?

Easiest esc there is to set up bar none, see guide on the freak in the electric section. As far as reliability they are rock solid, never had one fail yet and have owned over 10 of them.

For the 500 rex the 80-6-18 is the perfect choice.

Jazz 40ESC w/ Scorpion Motor

Is this a good setup for a T-rex 450 SE V2? I'm guessing that the scorpion is better than the Align 430 XL?
