Do the full membership and reap all the benefits of AMA membership......You get a Gold sticker for your window. A magazine once a month...a million dollars insurance coverage in case you hurt someone or do property damage. There health benefits dental plans....and they lobby to keep model airplanes and helicopters legal to fly so they don't Ban us altogether. All that for $50 a year is a good deal.

after being benched for a month, it felt pretty damn skippy to get back in the sky! gonna try and fly 66th all week after work and hit the HSH field this weekend....anybody interested in checking it out as my guest, just shoot me a PM...i'll be going out there Sunday for sure

Flying in Korea isnt the same. For now I only had a small park in my hotel area. It was enough for my TREX450 to go left and right, up and down.

Good to see some people still come by and post a few words.

didnt see you on sunday nor did i see to much of any one, it has died out there like this tread has speeking of i wondering if any one has a old os 50 hyper that has blown up or some thing that still has a good head. that they would be willing to sell. ive now had 2 crashes in a row and this time i didnt make it out so lucky. i got my parts on order but i thought that i may be able to find a useable head. as i the cooling fins on the head didnt fair so well after the dive into the ground one broke off and the others on the bottom are all bent together at the end

I had some thing I had to get done on Sunday. I did get a flight in before my clutch broke in flight.....I was there all day saturday all by my self.....even flew my stryker.
Yes Dennis I have ventured over to the dark side. I put the motor out of my T-rex 450 in it turning a 4X4.5 prop 40amp E-flight speed controller.....it screams.
I have just installed my Dyed Frames and man do they look cool
Looking forward to seeing everybody up at Snohomish.

I will be going up on Saturday and spending the night in my tent. I have a three room tent with lot of floor space and a space heater ...will have my pop up tent there too. A cooler with ice and a BBQ. Looks to be a good weekend....

The collective mayhemers will be there. We'll be camping Friday night and flying all day both Friday/Saturday.

PilotCK and MyAces will be there with their new 700N's, and Sam2B will have his new Protos!

I miss flying at the field, it has been rainy here real bad. But Sunday and today were 2 good days. Heli Fulew is $16 a Gallon here, wow!!! I am only electric.

Art nice to know you are having fun with that Stryker. I miss flying a plane. But will be back around mid August, if I am lucky mayne earlier.

I miss flying with you too Dennis. The Stryker is a very durable....its been crashed and reglued and back in the air in 10 mins. I havent been able to destroy it.
Tacoma has really droped off ....I went out last Sunday and not one person was there not even the planks. So I stayed a bout 10 mins and left . The last three week I have got a chance to fly at Flaming Gyeser. What a beautiful place to fly...but with a few restrictions.
You have to shut the nitros down at 6 pm. Electrics fly till dusk.
I had to miss Snohomish this weekend and I was just sick about it.I had planned to unvail my Scale ship up there . I now have a MD 530 on my Raptor 30 . I timed the flight because you cant tell how much fuel in left in the tank. I got 22 mins and still had the the header tank full and a slpash in the main tank.....
