Thanks guys for having me today. I had a lot of fun even though the wind was a... bit harsh

I cant wait to do it again.

Funny thing was when i got home not a lick of wind so i flew my joker a couple of times, now i just need to setup a trex450 for night flight.

A new club in the puget sound? I have been out of flying heli's for a few years and picked up a CP+ in December just to goof off and have been having fun. Relizing that skills do fade away over time. getting back to basic hovering and doing nose in as well.

Thinking of getting a nitro again as well my last was a kyosho nexus but been looking at the Knight 50 but would like to see it in person before spending some money.

Welcome Back Eric.......Sorry About your Seahawks,now get back on the sticks.
The wind died down yesterday just as the light was fading. George, Kim and I had one last windless flight.....and just when it was getting good someone turned off the lights.
Crash count for Sunday 0(except for Doug...But we dont really count his crashes).

The first post in this thread has a link the shows the location.
It is two blocks west of South Tacoma Way on 66th St. Take I-5 South to Tacoma . Take the 56th St exit. Go west on 56th to Adams. Turn left on Adams.Go about 10 blocks (66th). The field is on the right.
Come on down . Sunday is the day that every one gets together, but there are a few of us that fly on Sat too. I will show up about 10 am 0n both days......

fantasy world now has house of kolors paints in stock 4.99 a bottle for 1 oz. plus sprays, flip colors,clears, base coats, ect.
a FULL rack of there new airbrush sizes, with lotsa colors to choose from.
I started a canopy tonight, but its awful cold to have air going thru the house burr!!

flew 2 flights with the night setup on the 450 tonight its cold on the fingers but the sky was sure nice with stars in the backround

hopfully the weather is good on superbowl sunday, for a little bit of pregame flying that is!

it was descent weather this last sunday even though the weather report said it would be lousy
We had people coming to the field spread out during the day
from morning till dark
seen some new faces at the field also!
