Just upgraded software on my 14 to v.1.39 Encoder for the FASST system off Ripmax website.

It wont recognise the FASST module...just says mismatched RF module.

Read somewhere that theres some region coding issues, and perhaps my MZ needs to be told its in Europe rather than UK? But I cant remember which menu you set your regon to....HELP!! Looked in teh System menu nothing.....it must be right in my face but I cant see it.

Also if that doesnt work is the Ripmax software update the correct one for the 14MZ FASST system?

If your 14MZ is a European version from Ripamx and your module is from the same source, when this mis- match message comes up, press yes to continue
That's all there is to it.

If your system or module is not a match to the tx, you willneed to re-configure the region of operation.

I just loaded the software from Futaba USA, pluged in the European region module and of it went like a dream.

That is what happens when you have a 35MHz model selected but the 2.4GHz module plugged in, right?

That's correct. If you region and module match then you can go to the next screen and change frequency. This step is not possible if you have a mismatching region and it locks you out of changing the frequency.
