I "really" want to know the latency of this new 12X 2.4 transmitter. Anyone know???????

No one knows and no one will know until it is released. I plan on sending one to JKos to test when I get mine.

Dual Rates

Any word on dual rates?? Specifically, can you assign rates for all functions on a single switch that is NOT the condition switch?? (You can't do this on the x9303).

Thanks!

This is one sweet looking radio! I just may have to change "my colors"! Do you know if this radio supports the electronic phase adjustment?

Babelfish only translated some of the JR site, and I still had a few questions:

1. I know data can be uploaded to a computer. Nice. Is the software upgradeable to allow for future improvements without the need for the purchase of new hardware? For you cynics, PLEASE avoid the "you won't need any improvements" comments. I've NEVER seen perfect software for ANY computer, RC or otherwise. All I'm asking is a question.

2. Is there a portable data format IE CF or SD card? Can files uploaded to a computer be emailed?

3. Is every function assignable to any and all switches (or stick if applicable)?

4. Are there dedicated eCCPM mixers for minimization of control interactions IE cyclic>cyclic and cyclic>pitch?

It is a nice radio.

Ben, It is my understanding from Paul, that it will have a similar interaction menu as the 12, and 14 FUT. Don`t know if it has the virtual cyclic ring. Those were some specific questions I asked him...regards

It is good that the files can be emailed.

The mixers you mentioned aren't swash mixers designed to remove interactions; those are phase compensation mixers. The eCCPM mixers are unique in the way the move single servos in the triad as needed to compensate for differential travel issues. It's tough to explain without a model beside you, but no conventional pmixer, curve type or otherwise, can duplicate their function.

Maybe there is a second page that has the mixers that NORTHERNLIGHTS referred. I would be utterly stunned if JR released the radio without such a software provision.

Is there an option for virtual phasing of the swashplate (for multiblade users). Futaba has it, so does the top of the line Graupner.

Ashame that they didn't choose to put in some sort of flash card support like the Futaba 12FG. For a flagship products seems like an oversight in this day and age.

I'll take the direct USB connection over a flash card.

Yes, agreed. The USB connection is ideal. I do wish it was a simple USB mini port on the radio instead of having to use a DSC to USB cable, but it's not the end of the world.

One thing I am holding my breath about is if the system software can be updated. This should be possible, but I have not heard anything definitive yet. Tony, do you have any info regarding this?
