What? JR actually made a radio where you can assign a switch to do something? I thought JR's corporate slogan was "Switch Assignability Is Bad For You". They even wrote an article about that very topic!

I know. That's why I love to bring it up.

I have a feeling that someone inside Horizon thinks "Man, I wish we had never printed that one..."

The article could have just as easily been titled "An Effort To Convince You That Our 10-Year Old Radio Isn't Outdated".

2000mah Transmitter battery according to MacMans photos. Battery life should hopefully be pretty good, as the backlight function isn't on all of the time to conserve battery life.

Dual Rates

Can you assign all of the dual rates to one switch of your choosing? I like to assign tripple rates to a single 3 position switch.

I was kind of dissapointed that you can't do that with the x9303 unless you use the condition switch.

Well, Tony, after all these years you finally have a real 12X in your hands...

Fascinating that the module is in fact different from past JR modules. In the case of the DSM version, that might be a large part of how the latency figures are the same for each TX type.

Looking forward to hearing more of what you discover with it, Tony.
