Good luck to you in getting those canopies back. Mort is a loser and a thief, he took a lot of people including myself for their money and just said see ya. God has ways of paying people back that does those kinds of things. I'm sorry but every now and then I have to vent my frustrations.

Ive been waiting for over 7 months for mine from rccustompainting,,and almost a year from Mort. I am pissed off.

Any updates to this guys? Just Canopies website is still saying orders will be forfilled by the summer. What summer, what year I'm not sure!!!! Anyone found out if Mort is still alive?
I did make contact with him through one of the airbrushing websites, but it was a single message and quite a while ago, he said sorry and he wasn't in a position to complete my order at this time.
I have tried claiming on my credit card but they have refused due to the order being placed so long ago

Mylee.. I am about ready to do the same thing.. I went through paypal and they have a 45 day window that obviously Mort is not even capable of meeting so they kicked it back.. I've since sent somewhat of an appeal to paypal to explain the type of services in which payment was made. Nothing yet.. I'm down $225 which is minor compared to others but money is money right.. I'd be curious to know of Mort's mortality as well. I have heard nothing from him since 5/30. If there is anyone in the area that knows him and can varify he is still well, it would clear up many questions, or simply add fuel to an inferno..
