Has anyone had problems not being able to get quite enough right trim with their mx400? I am at the physical limit and need just a touch more. I am running an align430L (3500kv) with a 12T pinion. I was wondering if the motor is too much for this heli? I am using a Fut240 gyro. Thanks in advance.

You might need more headspeed or it will do that. I think I have a
13 T pinion with same motor.

Thanks. I did a new gyro setup and it worked. Can this heli be run with 325mm blades?

I think 315 mm is as long as you can go without the longer tail boom.what main blades is everyone using?

how to program mx400 on Futaba T6EXHP

i was wondering if anyone can go thru the trouble and give me the control settings for my Helimax 400...i notice all my problems can be solved thru the radio...i got mine used and must have screwed everything up by fooling around with the settings....i'm a beginner so i need to set the radio so that this Heli will go straight up smoothly and hover....
Can u just post the control setting here and i'll write it down.....this will at least be a start....ex: n-pi,,,,EAP,,,,,D'R,,,all that good stuff.....

if your new to the game "read your radio manual" when youve figured things out use a simple 3 point pitch curve in "normal mode" such as -1 low stick +5 middle stick +9 high stick throttle curve 0-25-50-75-100 this will get ya off the ground, make sure both blades are tracking.....o
