100% of our packages have to be signed for by an adult. Was there tracking on ur pkg ? I would think a 450-550$ kit would need to be sogned for. if not i would talk to the dealer about why he didnt request a sig ??

I wouldnt say your out a heli just yet!!

How did you pay for this heli? By mail you must have paid with a CC or paypal I hope. If MO or other way you might not get anything back. Anywasy having said that you do know if you pay with paypal and anything that cost over $250 MUST be insured by seller. I had bought a trex 600nitro and it was left packaged on my doorstep all day at work and I was mad! So I called paypal because I used my check card and they told me if I never received package they WOULD be able to get my money back because paypal REQUIRES sellers to insure and have singnatured packages on anything over $250. They told me if that happened the seller would not even have a choice in a refund and paypal would refund my money and they would persue the funds from the seller.

Also if you did pay with your credit card just call them up and dispute the charges. I did this also on some broken merchandise. You credit card company ALWAYS sides with there customers and I ended up getting ALL my money back. It did take 2 months but I atleast won...

Having said all this I hope you paid via some kind a credit card or online transfer and youll have your money back and your 500 ready to go before spring hits....
