The inserts are easy to intsall. Just put the frame on a block of wood and tap the inserts in with a hammer.

Ya call that a bad crash. You should see my carbon frames on my 600 Pro. Broke both side frames and the bottom stiffener. Put her in prety good. Broke the right hand frame on all 3 vertical sectons; behind the fuel tank, the part where the motor mount attaches and the front strut area. Even stripped the throttle servo when the motor got shoved upwards in the crash. Regarding the motor, the hyper head is cracked and the lovely 3dx aluminum fan fin's are bent. I had the align frame stiffeners on all four corners. Total "dumb thumb" syndrome. I got the G10 Rotorworkz frame on order and will try it out. At least the front and rear torque tube gears didn't get stripped.

I got my Rotorworkz framed 600 almost ready to fly. The frame is very nice and very rigid. Far more rigid than the silver align frames. No instructions came with the frame set. I finally figured out what those little g-10 pieces were for that came with the kit, canopy break off rear mounts. I didn't like using the servo mount screw inserts that you press in. Why? Because why would I want to go back to using philips headed screws? I just used the align hex screws with the plastic plates for the servo's. No big deal. For $79 for the complete frame set, I don't think you can go wrong.
