Below is the items I have but don't use. Can they be used for HBK2? If so, I just want to buy a barebone kit and install them.

Align 3200kv motor
Align 35A ESC with BEC
2 Hitec HS56 HB servo (pitch and aileron)
1 Hitec HS65 MG servo (elevator)
Futaba 240 gyro
Hitec HS81 HB tail servo
JR 610UL Rx
TP 11.1v 2100mah lipo battery

I'm not sure about the Align motor but it would probably work with a bit of frame modding. Everything else looks fine but I would suggest using 3 of the same servos for the swash to keep the collective travel even

the gyro, tail servo and battery are fine...the align motor I know nothing about so could,t help you....but for the cyclic servos...I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST mixing servos(in a CCPM set up)...the reason being interaction....using mismatched servos means the speed differences will make having a level swash while using collective/cyclic almost impossible as one of the servos will be moving at a different speed/distance..??.. than the other two.......yes the differences may be really small but when flying micro helis do you really want your mechanics making it less stable before it gets off the ground

Ok, I think I will buy a HS 56HB Servo and a 3800kv motor from jaghobbies. I've been reading lots of posts here and you guys always have been very helpful.

9T pinion gear is better with platisc head than 10T pinion gear, right? I haven't built any helis yet. Do I need to buy a pinion gear separately or does it come with the motor? Also, do I need to buy the "bullet" thing you connect to the motor separately?

If you get the motor from jaghobbies you can get a 9t pinion put on for like 2 or 3 bucks xtra. As for the connectors I'm not sure if the ones on it will work with the Align ESC so you might have to get ones compatable with the ESC.

Heres a good site to calculate head speed as a reference only tru way is with a tach but will give you an idea. The king is represented among the models

Yongary, I totally agree with the fellers on the 3 cyclic servos being the same, the speed and travel of the cyclic servos should be equal. The Align motor and ESC will work but it's not direct fit. You will have to hog out some plastic and move the front servo swash to servo link to the inside of the servo arm for clearance from the motor. With that battery and motor you will end up with a fairly heavy King but try it, What the Hell !!
