Here is a nice clean looking jet ranger I am thinking of doing...
Very simple and easy to do with a little pinstripping and paint...

I like it. Like you said simple but a beautiful result. Are you still planning on doing the jet ranger on the 600?

I'm thinking that right now so I will have a new in package 450 size jet ranger fuse for sale soon too... I always wanted a decked out jet ranger and the 50 size heli will give me that platform to work with...

With a 50 size fuse you'll have a LOT of room for some serious details Man I can't wait to see what you do with a big platform like this

I figure I'm not going to get any younger so I might just as well build my dream ship now and enjoy it for all it's worth... right into retirement.... I built one in the early 80's with the excell mechanics in it and I guy offered me stupid money for it as a complete package... I turned down his offer and he came right back with a higher offer waving the cash in my face.... I still kick my self for that one, I have always loved the jet ranger especially the long ranger....

After tonite I can get painting and finish up the details so I'm hoping by next saturday it will be ready to fly.. Then it onto the Huey with the elevated tail.....
OH by the way, The 5 sets of magnets worked out great for holding the canopy on the 500E I like it alot the magnets just make the front slide on and lock...

well I owed darthdark anyway he pmed me a thousand times answering all my questions. So I ordered directly from him even though shipping may of been a little cheaper from JAG. Ill support the little guy as long as he doesnt tell me all I can buy is Eflite.

I think you will find ED to be alot like me, no not a pita. He likes all of the helis and some just need alittle more work to fly than others. He has no brand loyalty, and neither do I.. If you look at his fleet I think he owns one of every micro and mini on the market...

I cant say I have a brand loyalty but the Eflite thing wore me out like doug did his goat so to speak I was discouraged to the point of quitting all together due to parts availability. LHS is so poor they wouldnt stock tailmotors they had to order them I waited a month for one while I was trying to learn hovering. If it not for the King coming out I may not be flyin today. I also dont have any other brands under my belt to compare thats why I want you to send me down your 500E.

I seen ED is a scale man with no brand loyalty especially with the raised tailmotor micro thats some good engineering.
