There was a component supplier change for some parts, and Futaba renumbered the R607FS to the R617FS for their reference. These receivers are essentially identical.

Today I've got the newest 2.4 FASST TM-14 from Towerhobbies
but it doesn't work
Please could you tell me where it is possible to download
the last update to use that module?

I did that update with no luck
It's the same situation posted by mohanjude
until he has been able to chande the code region
I can see on his pictures the range check button on the system menu
(maybe an incorrect update?)
How can I change this region code too?
Do I need to install the utility.exe for the 14mz?
Please help me

The range check is correct. That is where you click to do a range check prior to transmitting on full power.

You will need to change your transmitter to America.

You need to downgrade your encoder to v1.31 and then run the calibration utility to change region to america. Then you have to upgrade the encoder back to 1.38 which is the latest update.

You can post on the thread I have opened if you further help.
