There is a lot of things that can go wrong even 'just' from a hover and also from the title, this appears to be a test flight so the machine is not even proven yet.

What do you mean dumb thumbs, that was a mechanical failure!
It sounds like you haven't experienced a mechanical failure yet. When you do, and you will, you will understand. Try to imagine the feeling of losing control of the machine, it's not a good feeling.

Then, if you truly experienced as many sudden mechanical failures as stated, then you should know the dangers associated with even just a 'quick test. Just one of many many examples, years ago I was helping set up a guys R60. We went out for a quick test hover, the dude forgot to put the servo screw back on the horn, after 1 minute of getting into a hover, the heli pitched backward to us and I had to dump it in the ground with parts flying past us! You just never know.

Odd that the ability to comment is disabled, almost as if the tard knew that it would be filled with people posting about how he's a moron for doing it.

Super glued the anti rotation bracket .... when he built it knew . LMFAO , what an a$$ clown . He's lucky it did'nt rare back and go into the street and cluck someone, or someones property up . It's no wonder people get hurt with these expensive toys . No respect .
