yes I also got some spare parts from FXareo...
I'm not sure how the ECO would fair with the gaui motor...would you use 6s like the Hurri? or 3s ?..i have a brushless inrunner in mine and 3s2P 4400 lipos and get about 11 min of general flying. 6 min with 3300 10 cel nmh. I'm not sure how much power the main gear can take, I know others have hopped up the ECO I'm just not sure it's worth it when you already have the Hurri...maybe get a cheap brushless outrunner and esc and going from a brushed will seem like a huge difference. The ECo has a lot of "soft spots" like the soft main gear, thin main mast, feathering shaft, etc. I would not try to overpower it. I recived 2 18c 2200 lipos with my 550 that are absolutely usless..they puff and get real hot, as a 3s2p 4400 pack on the eco..they are great, so each heli has it's spot in life.
So far I love the 550, I went to the metal main grips, CF 515 blades and a few other minor bling parts. I also bought a CF version but will save that for a later date, maybe retire the ECo and equip the the CF with the equipment. I am also going to the Z20 980 motor, but I want to take a few more readings with my Eagletree first.
I have had recorded 3 flights on the stock motor, 515 go quick blades, and both 2500 and 3300 polyquest packs. Hover rpm is about 1900 - 2000, amps are about 18 -20 High amp pegged at 62 and batt temp was about 110 deg. 15t pinion all other gears stock gaui
I "love" the way the cf blades "beat the air" has a real distinctive sound.
