On your idle up RPM settings, just check the pitch curve and ensure you have a little negative, this way the hellie wont take off as it comes up to idle...
I move my throttle stick to half way, and then click into idle up 1, this way the turbine doesnt roar as much when going from normal to idle up..
i have around 3o of negative below half stick, so there is no way that thing will take off...
For info and i am using Futaba FF9 super, with 9206 on cyclic
for info this is my pitch curve
NORM 0, 27.5,56.5,73, 90 IDLE1 0, 28.5,56,78,100 IDLE 2 0,29,56,73.5,90
THROTTLE Curve NORM 0,25,50,75,100 IDLE 1 AND 2 STRAIGHT LINE 100%
I also agree the PHT3 is a much simpler turbine to setup, plug and play Matt
I bought my Mother-in-law a chair for xmas, but she wouldn't plug it in |
