I flew on Friday at work, I was in the hangar on Friday, getting the blades tracked, tail adjusted, trimmed, etc. Went outside. The wind was almost calm. Took 1 pack really smooth in Idle Up 1. Everything was looking nicely. Second pack, did some flips, rolls, etc... Then went to do a nice smooth loop, got to the top of the loop and the motor quit on me. It got real quite! It came straight down on top of the mainshaft. Broke the blades, flybar, a link. Thats it. Luckily I had my beater canopy on so I just wiped the mud off it and its good to go. Cause of the motor quiting, one of the motor wires pulled itself out of its connector.
I think once its fixed and flying correctly, I am going to look to trade it for a 450SE. Atleast I can get the parts locally for a 450 and not have to mailorder parts.
