| After dealing with Heli-World after ordering my new CSM V10 from them and getting bounced to the US distributor Horizon I still am without an interface cable.
I decided to contact CSM directly and they were not very helpful. Basically they put me off to their UK distributor (email I was given by CSM was sales@rcmodels.co.uk). I emailed them several days ago but received no response. I guess this is the behavior to expect from CSM. They knew I purchased the sim new (from Heli-World) and were upset about the vendor selling it WITHOUT furnishing the interface cable but that's as far as their concern went. They couldn't tell me when they would get one or even where I could get one. Horizon won't even sell me one (you have to buy the sim and the cable together they said). I told everyone repeatedly that if I couldn't get a cable sent to me EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR IT then I would gladly buy a new one. Anything, just so I can use the sim.
I even gave them the option to send me a cable that isn't so hard to come by (one for a Futaba 6VA rather than the one for a 9VHP that I would prefer). No one seems to be listening or even care.
So I plead my case to you out there dear forum reader; has anyone had this much trouble with CSM or know of a way to get action? Those of you that buy CSM used how do you obtain an interface cable for the Tx you are using? I thought I made the right decision when I bought the CSM but now it looks as if my choice was the wrong one.
One last thing; if any one has an interface cable for either a Futaba 9VHP or 6VA please contact me. i'll be glad to BUY it from you.
