The Xtreme 50 is what everyone has been waiting for..... A 50 size machine with 90 size features.


Helical cut main gear


The Xtreme is the HOTTEST 3D 50 on the market today..... with the all Metal 3D adjustable head, Custom landing gear and all metal custom tail case it can't be beat. 600mm to 620mm main blades, 8.5:1 gear ratio and a belt driven tail. This Machine is like no other 50 on the market in it's class. It will give you the biggest bang for your BUCK!

RjX also offers their Preformance muffler (Pictured above) which is designed to operate at RpM's the Hyper 50 and YS 50 are built to preform their best at. RjX's CarbonFiber 600mm main blades are also a item that has proven to stand up to a 3D beating, As well as RjX's CF 92mm tail baldes do. The Xtreme 50 comes with a prepainted fiberglass canopy neon yellow/ orange with a mirror finish making the Xtreme easy to see in the sky.

Not sure if its got everything a women has but it sure is a good looking heli and flys good. I'm runnning the Hyper 50 at about 2000 rpm head speed.... this machine is quick in reaction and very fast in forward flight. Anyone running the YS 50 in the Xtreme?

rusty how do u like the tail blades? i dident like them at all. helibuilder i was running a ys but took it out and put a os in it.

The K&B tail blades at first I did not think they where holding, but I adjusted my 611 and it made them fell better, still trying them for now , time will tell. Has anyone else used the K&B tail blades?
How did they work?

Hi Rusty,

Looking good!

Why are the teeth on this one angled (Main gear & pinion), but on other posts of the Xtreme they are the normal straight cut???

I got a helicopter for my girlfriend,
It was a good trade!

I almost ordered one today for 699.99 untill I saw metal tail unit sold sepratly. 700 bucks for a 50 kit without the good stuff?
I was let down when I read that . So its 140 for the tail and 700
for the kit = 850ish with tax. I really like the heli but Ill never
justify that amount for a 50 size when for around 100 more
own a synergy kit which would be a hellofa bang for the buck.
great looking 50 though.

The metal tail unit/case comes stock.

The only thing which is plastic is the tail blade grips.

Indicates the metal tail case as "included" the only upgrade option is the carbon boom.

Note: for the CF version you get carbon 92mm tailblades.

WHAT? you've got this little piece totally backwards, the reason why the automotive industry uses helical cut gears in transmissions and rear diff's is because there is MORE surface contact not less!!! and the same applies here, not to mention the helical cut gear has the same number of teeth on the main gear as the straight cut 85 tooth main and 10 tooth pinion.

Your entitled to your opion Mike, let me know when you find a 90 size machine that offers the same value for 699, with what's offered in the Xtreme kit, I would put it up there with the Synergy and I want to see where you can get one for under $1000

Yeah, and there are 50 sized machines that cost MORE (ie Sylphide 50, Flyus 50, Sceadu EX, etc). Maybe you have not been exposed to the world of world class performance helicopters.
And there are machines that cost less, and ya get less for it.
$699 outrageous? If you say so.....
Who would want to pay any more than $40 for helicopter that you can fly indoors when the Havoc heli can be purchased at any Walmart or Toys r Us (parts availability) and they work great!!!
