Flybarless Rotor Head Systems > Probar Stabilized Flybarless T-REX 600 Video

Hello All

Carlo and I made some videos of the Probar flybarless stabilization system on a TREX 600 Electric and a TREX 450 this past weekend.

The wind was blowing pretty hard(15-25mph) that day so I couldn't really fly as hard as I have been flying it. Over all the flybarless TREX's handled the high winds very well and both helicopters were very controllable.

Here is a video of the T600E:

The T450 video will be posted tomorrow.

Enjoy
Chris

Awesome flying especially in that strong of a wind. It looked like it tracked very well without any pitching too. Nice job, I can't wait for mine.

Pics of your set-up? Are you going to try to release this to the public? It looks great!

Hello

The power system includes the following:

Hacker C50-15XL with 10 tooth
Kontronik Jazz 55
10s Flight Power Evo 20 3.7AH

This setup works really well on this T600...it was originally on my flybarless Logo 10 but it was way over kill

As for the mechanical setups we arnt sure if we will release them just yet. We are working hard to come up with flybarless setups that work well with the Probar. So far we have found decent setups for both the T600E and the T450. We feel that it is important that our customers are not guessing on the mechanical setup. For now heres an idea of what we're testing,

Thanks
Carlo

I was actually referring to the Probar. It looks very impressive. And very stable as well as ridiculously agile. I am interested in it for smaller models like T-rex 450-500 or maybe even a Lepton.

That video is really great flying too. It is hard to tell just how windy it is, but even with all that aside, the machine flew great. Keep up the good work and keep us posted. I am looking forward to seeing how this works out for you guys.

Hello

The wind was blowing 15mph and gusting up to 25mph but both the 450 and the 600 flew very well in the wind.

Pictures of the board will be posted when we get closer to production, but we give people a chance to check it out at events and in person.

Thanks for the positive comments.
