Please keep the option of shipping via USPS, as we all know so well how we get raped when items are shipped on this side of the line by those people in the brown trucks.

Never would order from HeliProz in the past because of the UPS shipping and their brokerage fees!

I agree that if anyone had a monopoly there would be a potential for problems but just look at all the other great dealers out there and you'll realize that HP and Ron will not be lacking any competition. If anything I think the consolidation will help garner them more leverage with the manufactures which will be very good for all of us. Remember these folks fly also, they have all our interest at heart.

You must keep the USPS. It takes almost a month to get something here in Iraq when shipped UPS. If you ship USPS, I can get things in about 10 days. Please, please, pretty please keep USPS. And also please keep the killer stock of MA parts that you have always had. I am so happy to hear you and your crew will keep doing your thing.

sharam, I don't think it will have much effect on prices. We have both always had good prices. I don't see that changing much.

As for customer service, I know it will get better, not worse. Just the change we're going to make in our phone system is a huge step in the right direction. I for one am really looking forward to this and if I thought for one minute that customer service would suffer, I would have gone another direction.

Good News. The 2 store who I did most of my online shopping are merging. Now I got just one place to go. I allways would look at Ricks first. and if for some reason they did not have what I wanted then I then I would go to Heliproz. Like Ron said they have the Mavrick line. Now Ron will have it. Good luck to Ron and his crew. Look forward to doing bussiness in the new store. I looking to get a DX7 radio soon. And I would like to be Ron's 1st coustomer in the new store.

INVENTORY

Ron, I was wondering, if you choose to make the owner an offer will she let you take a accurate physical inventory before hand. I know as a businessman and myself as a parts manager, you would certainly not take her word for what is still there, but would want to do an actual before presenting her with a formal offer for the product. Computer inventory levels can easily be tampered with, product removed, etc., just a word of caution. Hope your new venture is all you and your staff want it to be. Keep up the good work.

I always liked your website. The search engine gave more accurate results than Heliproz. I also liked how you had the heli plans online. Unfortunately, I guess some things will have to change. Just keep in mind that glitz doesn't mean good to many of us.

I am curious how this will affect the Synergy and Theoretical Avant Heli lines. It seemed as though there was clear diversification between Ricks and Heliproz.

I am glad you were able to work something out. You guys didn't deserve what had happened.

Ron, this is excellent news. I hope everything works out for you and your gang. Your customer service has been among the best and I have no doubt that you will continue to provide excellent customer service. I am glad that you and HP are working together. I have always ordered from both shops. I think this will definitely benefit the r/c heli community in the long run.

Stay strong and feel confident that you have a good majority of supporters that are willing to "stick" it out with you.
