From what I understand, I may be wrong but I hear the company is around 23 years old and has a background in manufacturing parts for larger heli companies and decided to make their own complete heli.

The heli itself I believe is German designed & overseen with manufacturing handled in China.

Like I said, I could be wrong, if I am, Maybe one of the reps could step in here.

You pretty much nailed it Danny,

The owner modeled the first heli after the AS50 and called it the Hurrican 50 and it has been on the market for almost 2 years, I've had ours exactly one year this month.

Next RJX designed there latest heli the X-Treme 50 from the ground up, with a programmable head, unique landing gear and open cnc metal gear case, this heli was designed to be light with the CG centered.

Got this Pm from RjX, A little history

The Xtreme is made by (RjX Hobby)in China and Distributed by us (RjX of USA) in the Unided States. We have been in the US for three yrs with the Hurrican 50 and have interduced the Xtreme just about 6 weeks ago, I have over 70 logged flights on my own Xtreme with great success.The Xtreme has been in service across the pond foralmost 6mos with favorable results.
RjX has been in the Heli idustry for 15 plus yrs manufacturing parts for other companies and wanted to produce their own heli which results was the Hurrican 50. Thankjs for the interest
