My Bell 222 has a Silence mech, that is the electric version of the sf.

I converted it last week with use of a VStabi and Mikado VStabi head.

No Prob at all, works very fine.

I'm going to try the stock Silence flybarless head and also the V-bar on it as well to compare.

What are you guys running for pitch/tx settings on the Silence FBless ?

Jesse

... But honey it was only $$$

The stock head will have too much play to the control circuit. It has a vvvveeeeerrryyyy soft dampening.

That might not work without unknown modifications to the head.

I would like to suggest you to use a L600 head from mikado as i do or tr the CSS head from vario or a OF head (ask OF for very hard dampening ... he can talk back to me if needed).

Best will be the L600 head, it works fine.

Settings will be done at installation. Everything is possible now with the silence. But think of the gearbox ... so don't use it for 3D.
