let's just say I joined the "jontherooster" club on luck!!
I was flying yesterday and second flight I was flipping inverted at about a hundred feet when the engine ran too lean and flamed out,I attempted my first inverted auto.(didn't work)
when I went to flip it instead of going to 0 pitch and just use forward elevator I added negative pitch at the same time and stalled the blades!
stuck the mainblades at least 3 or 4 inches in the ground along with the tail case!!
ezduzit's claim about the weak plastic is bogus!!
it hit hard and broke the tailcase,spindle,popped one link off and broke the arm off the tailservo and took out my new rotortechs!!
not sure about the mainshaft yet but this is one tough bird,just have to order a few small parts and will be back in the air again soon!!
antone know who could get parts here faster than mta and heliproz,I prefer priority mail.
