| Nope, it comes in a kit version. If you want it to be build, i suppose your LHS might be able to do that at a charge.
I had several crashes on my E4, nothing much other than the common things need replacement at all.
The belt tends to fur after quite a period of use, I change it out when that happens, but more for appearance reasons 
I do get lucky with my crashes though, 4 crashes and i only strip the main gear once.  |
