Question?

Oh, sorry I was thinking something else. I think you mean when the cone slips, I noticed that if I use the white rubber type cone, but, not if I use the silicone type. I think the rubber slips easier and will break up kinda' like an eraser. ---------BladeRunner.

Starters?

If you can swing it a hex start system is much better, I've had my cone slip off and whack the control rods and generally make a nuisance of itself. Sometimes you need to apply a lot of downward pressure with the cone, I really didn't like to do that.
Or maybe I didn't take the time to learn how to use it right? Go for the hex. ----------BladeRunner.

The whole cone idea is ass backwards to begin with if you ask me

The whole cone idea is ass backwards to begin with if you ask me. By the way Doug, I meant like the white rubber flakes off like an eraser all over the ship.

I don't know exactly what I need to buy. I broke my cone so I looked on the site for repair parts/uprades and they don't have descriptions, so I don't know if I would be buying everything I need. I just went ahead and bout an aliminum cone, Im pretty sure it has a hex slot on it. Ill just buy a hex start insert somewhere at a local H-shop.
