Well this happened after 4 gallons.

Does anyone know if the raptrors 50 clutch fits the trex clutch bell and screw holes ?

I hate getting out the engine again!

u need a thicker clutch liner.

i use the raptor 90 HD ones.

i bet QUK will make a clutch for it soon.

and no, raptor 50 clutches will not work, starter shaft is 10mm OD, the rappy's are 8mm?

I think the liner must be the problem.

I already have ordered a new clutch and i have a raptor 90 liner to pit on.

My orignal clutch had .050 clearance,i installed an Evo 50 linner. now its .025.

I put the 90 raptor liner too because I've seen that happen

I left mine stock for now but when it breaks I'll replace the clutch and also put in the R90 Liner I have waiting for the task.

Man if it brakes on the air? Be careful

Well here is how i figured it out.
In low throttle just when i started it, the blades were spinning and i put some strength to hold them ... Usually they didnt...

Mine 'engages' @ around 2/5 throttle, and I'm always waiting for a fractured clutch 'shoe'..

Still stock here and waiting for the break. So far so good. Colsy mine engages roughly where yours does right around 2/5th or so. A little high compared to what I am used to but so far no issues. When and if it breaks I will replace it and respec the liner.

My clutch did the same thing at 6 gallons with the stock liner. I put in a a new one and relined with the raptor 90 liner, all good for now.
