Yeah it takes a long time but I am sure there is a lot of work behind the scenes. If it was released quickly and had a minor problem everyone would be crying and whining "why did they release it with problems" Even though it is already manufactured. I am sure they want to start selling the machine as soon as possible anyways.

I got my Beam now... spend 3hrs to build the kit.... 80% completed. This heli really nice, frame very stift, head is rock solid not free play at all, tail are smooth, very low parts count, easy to build and only few phillip screws (which I don't like on small heli).

Overall, the kit is dame nice!!! Can wait to test fly it on this coming weekend.

SERN congrats, i agree i too do not like phillips head screws on small heli, what servos did you mount on it, i just saw the Bobby watts vid where he was spanking that beam, and it fly's incredible go over to movies section and u can view it, how about posting pics of your BEAM for us to see, what motor and esc did u use....Ivan!

I am using the Hitec 65MG, EVO25 2170mAh. It is hard to get good motor and ESC over here in Malaysia. I cann't wait to order it from oversea so I just hock up the TT motor from mini titan and tt 40A ESC. I grad my friend BEC and put on my Beam also.

Yah, I like seem Bobby flying the Beam. There is Koren kid flying the Beam also. Look at this website and you can see the Korea kid flying also

Battery :Flightpower 2500amh (25c)
Cyclic servos :Hitec 65 carbon Gear X 3
Gyro :Csm Gyro 630
Tail Servo :9206 Futaba Servo

Are you sure you're not misleading with red_z06? Justin and him where running a 1107/1.5y 3850kv motor with 12T pinion last time I asked...
