Well finally did it today, ditched the trainer bars for the first time this morning.
Proberly the most suprising thing to me was how small the heli looked without its trainer bars on. Did three tanks like this and went home very very happy.
Id like to give a big thanks to all that have replied to my questions over the last few weeks.
When I got my raptor the guy at the shop said I didnt have a hope of setting it up and learning to fly without crashing unless I joined a club.
Well the local club is mainly planes and there wasnt much tech. help there so I pretty much did it on my own using a sim amd with information gained on this site.
Im still amazed how Im learning my new hobby - from people half way around the world.
Thanks once again, now I,m more hooked than even.
