Hi I´m flying Turbine UAV and electric. and want to change to spectrum 2.4Ghz,
Anyone flying long distance with spectrum 2.4Ghz
I need 2000m range minimum.

I don't know what the range is on the Spektrum cell-phone based system is, but the XPS system is ranged for 1 mile (little less than 2Km) with 100mW output.

If you're in Europe, I think the max output is 50mW, which is half the power of the US based systems.

You're best bet would be a 900 mhz datalink. Look up

Most of the 2.4Ghz TV transmitters interfere with the Spektrum because their bandwidth is too wide. Careful placement of the $200 TV transmitters may to do better.
