Converting a shuttle myself at the moment.
the ESC and 6s lipo will be fine.
The motor will not as the KV rating would be way too high. The problem is you have a fixed gear ratio on the shuttle of 9.625. With the align motor the headspeed would be way too fast and would most likely come apart.
The align motor KV is about 1600.
That would give a headspeed of over 3500 rpm!!
Look for a motor with a KV of about 700 to 800

The governor is ok for a few 100 RPM. The governor switches off and on the motor at a certain interval to acheive your target RPM. In your case this would be too much for it.
You would also be drawing huge amps as the motor would be operating way outside its ideal efficiency. You would also get heat - lots of it.
I would say the governor would not even allow you to set low enough figures to acheive a reasonable rotor RPM. If it did neither would last very long.
I really can't explain the reasons that well but trust me it won't work. Do a search for KV theory or similar you may get more technical answers. As I said before you want a motor with a KV rating of about 700 the Align ESC and 6s battery would then be fine.
