Damn I wish we had people around here that had the cash to drop on a turbine jet. That is such an awesome sound.

BTW. Good job on that first flight.

Great job on the video, and especially hovering inverted after only 3 gallons! Close call near the end there, thought it was goin in for sure, nice save. It took me like 33 gallons to hover upside down! Dunno how many actually, fair while though, but I didn't use a sim when I learned. Well done again!

I did something that looked like a piroflip the other day at 6-8 feet. Not because I wanted to, but I simple lost control during one of my first inverted hover attempts. I got lucky and recovered. Unfortunately I didn't get that on tape.

What is forward flight ? Is that what the planks are doing ? Funny you should say that. I am more comfortable with hovering nose in and inverted hovering than I am with forward flight. I would say I am just as comfortable with forward flight as I am with backwards flight. I have a hard time seeing what way that little sucker is turning and the eyedoc says my vision is super, so that is not the problem. I guess I just need to keep it closer to be comfortable. Maybe I also have some trim issues. I find it hard to keep a constant speed.

I can agree with you. I went in for a eye exam and the doc said I had 20/20 vision but I still can not tell how fast it is going and in some cases with way it is going but I will keep on trying.

Very nice hovering runboy

I'm still on my G2. The month of May is my goal for first flight with my 30 V2. I'll be happy if I can hover half as well as what you did on your first flight Maybe I'll video my first attempt.........we'll see.
