I am hovering her pretty good now, it sure is a heck of a lot more stable than the blade CP and I am getting about 6-8mins on old GP3300s. That, and getting used to / adjusting expos on a 9c is where its at.

6-8 minutes sounds a bit low to me. My Eco gives about 11-12 minutes on 8 GP3300s.
