| Balancing T/RMake absolutely sure your T/R shaft is straight. Even the slightest bend will cause vibration (which goes away when you take the weight of the end of the shaft, fooling you into thinking it's the T/R blades. Yes, been there and done that )
If the shaft is absolutely straight, then the only way to balance T/R blades I know is trial & error. Put some tape on one blade and see if it's better or worse. If it's worse, try the other blade. Then try more or less tape until you find the amount that gives the smoothest running.
1) Normal IMO. Centrifugal force helps take out some play while running anyway.
2)Not sure I'm thinking about the right part, but remember the spacing between the balls will vary with T/R pitch.
