In terms of performance which would be better?

The frame/lg layout is very different.....

In some packages I've seen the 450se comes with fg blades and a 3400v motor, where the FSE comes with wood blades and and a 3550 motor. Can anyone verify this ?

I'd appreciate hearing as much as possible on this subject any input would be welcome.

Thanks!

Yes , the FSE comes with wood blades and and a 3550 Sonix motor. The 3550kv Sonix motor is okay with a 13tooth pinion , but it just bogs too much for my tastes! I am running the 500TH Just go Fly , on a 3s1p 2100mah 20C and a 3s1p 2150mah 20C ENERLAND battery, with a 13tooth pinion for a 2950 RPM headspeed, very powerful, with little bogging!
The biggest battery that I can fit in the frames is 4.75" inch x .94" in. x 1.5"in. ... Anything bigger will NOT fit in my frames..
For the money the 3DX/HDX 450 is a pretty good deal, it flies realy well if set up right .. I realy do like my 3DX450 , BUT , if I had to do it all over again , I would go ahead and get the Trex 450v2 if I could afford it .
I am building a Trex 450v2 as we speak, part by part.. The Trex head flies alot better than the 3DX/HDX 450..
