Looked for 450 size helis and nothing looked interesting until saw this 325 wildcat thing. I have Pantera and it is fun, i bet this continues the tradition. John, please make sure i am on the waiting list.

Is this model being developed in conjunction with Align? Only I see all the Align parts, I don't understand why they would want to compete with themselves??
I like the black anodising myself.

I can't quite make out if that is an A on the ball-links! The undercarriage looks very familiar but in black. How many teeth are on the main and secondary gears? They look very similar. Can we have a plan view please?

its a prototype!!!! get real they may very well be align links or gears, who cares! If your looking at whose name is on the links you should packup and sell off your stuff because you have no idea what your doing.

If the links said john deere on them and the gears were green you would think it was a tractor wouldent you!

Vander wanted richyrich to point out one part so I thought I would help him out. The other thing is those skid rubbers also look very similar and even in the same colour!

How do you figure that I have no idea what I'm doing?

I didn't know who John Deere was so I did a quick Google. VSNT you can't even do the man justice and spell his name correctly. Looking on his site the wheels appear to be yellow not green.

the following parts i thought were align:

swashplate
lower mixing arms
washout base
bearing blocks
mast stopper
canopy stand offs
tail hub
tail grips
tail fin
undercarriage
boom supports
main gear
tail gear

i may be wrong, but they look very similar to me. prototype or not, not sure i agree.

VSNT - why so defensive? and whats with ripping my country?

Sorry about the rip, I have some english friends and we always rip on each other about our quirks so dont take it personaly

I'm just saying I cant figure out why anyone would even remotly be interested in what type of links, fin and other non important things are on a prototype, even if they were from align would it matter? I could use rc links and a tt tail with a set of standoffs from a hmx on a trex but it would still be a trex.

Actually if you go back and read the first post it says audacity have been working on this for 2 years. The name is the clue "audacity". It has taken two years to rip off the t-rex 450. Ha Ha Ha.

VSNT, why is it that you resort to this sort of language, "get the balls to build something then come back here you disrespectfull little noob"?

A fellow country man asks for richyrich to point ONE thing out he thinks is Align and you get aggressive over it. Get over yourself for goodness sake and allow others there opinion without the name calling.

I was reffering to your comment

"Actually if you go back and read the first post it says audacity have been working on this for 2 years. The name is the clue "audacity". It has taken two years to rip off the t-rex 450. Ha Ha Ha."

which is very disrespecetfull to anyone who has worked as hard as Audacity has and I didnt say anything thats not true, you are new here and dont have the experience some others do.

And I will say no more on this subject because its not fair to Audacity to keep such negative people going!

Some of these comments are funny. Audacity list seems to tolerate almost anything. Interestinly, it seems that some guys that wrote junk about Pantera later seem to own one! I would like someone who has built and flown the 325 prototype(s) to write to the rest of us more about their experience.

So John, what's this:

http://runryder.com/helicopter/t375764p1/

Inertia 325-3D, obviously made by the same manufacturer as the Wildcat 325XS.

I dunno who made this heli. But my first reaction when I saw the closeup pics of the design were: OH ****. Even the rex SE V2, the BEam E4 and SJMs never got me so worked up. Making counter weights for the tail rotor blades /or blade grips sounds like the best deal to stay light and cheap. But won't it be hard to achieved accuracy?
