| the short answer is "yes". It doesnt change the swash throw, but it does increase the cyclic deflection with the same swash movement.
Using the inner hole on the seesaw makes the input from the swash equate to a larger output at the blade grip. In other words, a small swash input has a more aggressive (mechanically) result at the blade grip, due to the inner pivot point.
