Are the going to post up the vids or are the planning on selling the vids. If its an issue with them selling the videos could you just put up some small lower resolution clips? There is no reason to have to wait to see what happened over at the Masters.

that is ridiculous that they took the videos down. How can you tell someone to take down videos that they video taped and were letting people downlod. Also what is with that crappy location, why not have someplace that isn't surrounded by trees and houses.
The trees add a real dimension to the competition and very much 'wow' the spectators when the pilots deliberately get close to them.
The houses are much further away than you might realise (pictures and depth of view). These guys have absolutely no worries about flying in confined spaces and more often than not, are no where near the trees.
Matt Botos was awesome and used the trees / bushes to really get the crowds going.
What's all that fuzz about taking personal videos and posting them on the internet? It's your own (taken/make) video then you have the right to post it anywhere... where's the freedom?
enjoy guys, while it lasts...

There are many on youtube. You have to search for ->>> 3d master 2007
Then you will have so many videos, but the ones at modelhelicopters had more video quality. (i downloaded them two hours before they deleted )

the 3DM is at its current location because JB gets it for FREE. He also gets the campus accommadation cheap from the University and charges US £30 per night to stay there.
I vote for a new location, lower prices and more flying,
3D Masters and 3DX are registered trademark of Jeffery Barringer.
We filmed the Clubman 3D event which is now part of 3DX. In all the videos (we have the entire competition on our site) we named it as the Clubman 3D and not 3DX so as not to mention trademarks. These videos have been on our site for many months now. Jeff knew of them as he saw me at the competition filming them and knows that they are freely available on our site.
So once the 3D masters came around I was seen camera in hand in the same place for the whole competition. But nothing was said to me at the time!
If you look at the videos you will notice that they contain the text 3DM and not 3D Masters and that they do not claim to be official and only state where to find more videos in general. Also the file names contain 3DM not 3D Masters.
In our error the links within our site contained the text 3D Masters which have all been removed.
The site is non profit purely for the enjoyment of model helicopter enthusiast and unable to sustain legal action. So when threatened we had no alternative but to remove all but a few as instructed ASAP.
We would like to be able to make all the video's we have available should this situation change.

Maybe we should sue the organisers for failing to make proper access for less able bodied people under the Disability Discrimination Act
A thread here shows the way some people were treated and its disgusting
