How much slop in the jesus bolt should their be if any. If none how can i correct the problem.

There has to be a little clearance or you would have a very hard time getting the bolt through.
Once the bolt is tightened there should be no slop.
Make sure that you have the correct bolt. The Stinger uses a 4mm bolt and most (not all) other 50's have a 3mm bolt.
