I had a bad crash on the test/setup on a new vigor. Its t/r piroed and then lifted off full up/forward/then down. After picking up the embedded pieces out of the ground and about 500.dollars for repairs I discovered that the clutch lining was packed tightly inside the upper portion of the bell and the bell itself seriously damaged by the clutch. The question I have is ...Did the metal against metal create an unwanted RF???
Horizon seemed to duck this thought. Any one ever loose their clutch lining only after 2 flights??

Crash

The JR clutches seem to hold up well on both my ergo and vigor. Your issue maybe of another cause. I noticed that you run an OS91 from your profile. My vigor had a lock-out and I found the long horizontal frame bolt that goes thru the grounding plate became loose maybe due to the vibes of the OS91. A $350 lost and lesson.
