Bobby Watts and I are running 12s with a Actro 32-3. Castle HV85 ESC and 10.32 gear ratio. We are also running 620's and 105's on the tail. Ballistic power for about 4 minutes. Flies awesome. I am running TP 3850's.

Hey David, good to hear that. Looks like I'm kinda following your footsteps here... hehe. Your Razor at Mulberry was hot!

Lou I just got my Razor kit at the end of last week. I am now putting it together. I'm also planning on running it on 12S 3850 Extreme V2, will figure out how to fit the batteries later. I'm thinking of flying it first on a Tango45-06 and then switching to an Actro24-4 for comparison. Should be fun.

Well keep me posted. I get out of the sand box soon and I will be ordering all my stuff in about 2months. That way everything is at home waiting for me so I can build at my leasure and have everything there to hit it all in one shot. It should be a pretty good time.

Hey David are those 6S 3850 TP, the long packs or the short ones that TP made for the Trex. I have two of the short versions and they won't fit in my Razor even with the frames all the way out, the long version packs fit fine. The pic looks like yours are the short ones.

hey , looks to me he extended the frame out farther out , on the bottom , its either a new bottom plate he made or MA made so the new 12s V2s would fit , on his setup , was about like mine except I had a 38 and a 20 t , 11.4 , this one means alittle more HS , YEH! and also the V2s , man that would pump out more constant voltage

Thanks you for the kind words. It means a lot to me to hear that from a fellow heli man.

Excellent info David! That bottom plate is just what I'll need for my upcoming Razor. Glad to hear MA is offering this plate to support 12S 3850 V2. Will give them a call this week.
