i am trying to put a 39 in my venture ...i dont have the tt prop collet or whatever you call it but i do have an os one ..when i install with the little washer the threads that go into fan dont stick in long enough ..can i run without little washer or would i need to get a tt prop collet ..anyone know

You have to put on the washer that came with the TT39, then the OS washer and finally the OS drive hub to make it all work. The two OS parts are the same as those found on the OS 32.

if i do that the crankshaft is too short ...the nut wont thread on

That's strange, mine fit just perfectly. So there is not enough room to screw on the clutch assembly?
