| Don't get me wrong, as I said above he was very apologetic and yes, he was very eager to help me solve my problems the first time I dealt with him. That being said, the part quality as far as my experience has been, is very poor and the shipping and packaging people are extremely careless. We are involved in a hobby where a mechanical failure can cause serious injury or even death. I tell people they are basically flying lawn mowers. Not to mention, a very expensive hobby. One crash can cost hundreds of dollars, and I don't know about you but I work very hard for my money. I believe that the best customer service is the one you don't even have to contact because things were done right from the beginning. I don't ask for much but please just get my order right and include everything it is supposed to. And one more thing, I had to do some serious experimentation to get this collective tray to fit which included grinding and sanding and no, this shouldn't be the way. These are mass produced machined parts that should meet some sort of standards. If Honda was selling replacement widgets for their Accord and you got the wrong part, and when you finally did get the right part and it didn't even fit right, you had to grind it down and mickey mouse things, how do you think it would sit for consumers and how long do you think Honda would last? And one last complaint, when I did look for support online, the part breakdown for the collective tray was nothing like the actual part I received. |
