The new 600n front gear and rear gear is gary, the one on the 600E is white, so i was wondering if those gears are interchangeable.

Thanks

yes they are the same. I had to replace one. I have a gray gear meshing with a white gear.

I'd rather be flying

I wonder if the gray gear is higher strength or if it is less vulnerable to the exhaust oils, or what. Why would they make two different sets of gears if they didn't feel it was necessary. Twice the production costs.

there must be some reason they are different.

couple drops of grey dye into the plastic prior to molding, not sure that's twice the production cost. Also, keeps us guessing on the difference, and those of us that have an E and an N buy one of each set for spares.
