Just sent away for the long boom conversion, will let you guys know how well this up grade does, I now use a OS46 with 570 blades, I will be using 600s. Meanwhile I'd be very interested if any of you have done the same and what your take is.

I have been doing it for a while. The Venture is very stable with the extended boom. While youre at it you might as well stick a 50 in it and then you will have one awesome 3D machine.

Heliproz sent the kit, two days to my front door. One problem the control rod for the tail rotor is to short, if you use a tail mounted servo no problem. I am looking forward to getting in the air, we got snow the past couple nights and as soon as I can get out I will let you know. Avropilot thanks for your input.

Climb outs are twice what they were, very stable in flight (Avropilot was right) I have yet to wind the thing up FFF. The next couple weeks sure will be a lot of fun. This is something I should have done two tail booms ago.
