They only need to be 3 inches by 3 inches and thinkness needs to be 0.2-0.6mm.

check out racinjeff on ebay. He sells scrap grab bags of CF all the time and he'll usually try to get you a certain type if you need it. Actually I'll look at what I have I may be able to give you a small peice that size.

OK I have a peice I can give you that is glossy on one side only and is 3.75in x 5in x .5mm. Its industrial CF, not hobby shop crap. I'll give it to you for $1.50 shiped if you want it. PM me if you want it. I also have a 5in x 5in x .25mm peice to I can throw in for another $0.50.
