I tried one on a Nexxus (FMA co-pilot) and it was......well......OK, I guess........I certainly didn't get the results I though I would........the nexxus was standard mix, not sure if they have it going on for CCPM. Check their website for that info. James

I'm not sure of the comparison of the two but the Vario optical sensor unit can be used on any helicopter just mount the sensor below the front skid bar.The only problem with this system is the horizon must be clearly detecable.This means no mountains,low sun,Dusk or snow covered ground.All these can prevent the unit from Functioning.Now I have no personal experience with this just re writing what I pulled from my Vario Cd info disk.
