Agreed, stickyfox.

I have since taken my power supply appart, and found said pot (or pots in my case), and have adjusted the power output.

It now puts out 12v~ continuous.

But i return it to default 13.8v when charging lipos and the like. My 2 tp1010c's seem to like the voltage better.

Anyways... thanks guys. I was thinking i was going to have to build something of my own to get this to work... but it turns out it was just a turn of a pot. Go figure.
