Its only a fifty but man I love this heli.
Ive owned many of helis but never had one that looks this good and flys like a 90.
The TrexN is built similar to the hurrican so I cant wait to see one flys or buy one myself and compare the two.
But ya have to admit, that is one pretty helicopter with those silver frames and all metal head. Ok I'm gloating.
Right now she is set up with a os 50 hyper but am wanting to try the ys motor in it.

Gearing what gearing I thought this thing was direct drive lol
Better yet you didnt know I inserted that jet engine in it.
I forgot what the gearing is. I did once know but my memory is about as short my flight time is.

Thanks karlo I had it ready to get painted. Had it all the way to the primer stage and was maping out the design. But my wife decided to get even with me and turn the kids lose on it. So now I am in need of another canopy

Those are the new "boomerang" blades from Heliproz. They provide greater lift at lower head speeds. And if you have a lockout, the heli will fly back to it's original take off spot on the runway.

Right now he's running an 87T main with 10T pinion for an 8.7 ratio, we are going to be testing a new 85T main gear this weekend.

No the hurrican feels like its a 90 just becouse its a bad azz heli. Power to wieght the control of the heli is just awsome and it is just about the most stable heli I have ever flown. With the exception of the turbine I built which swings 5 massive 1860mm blades.

I went pretty much by the book on the contril links and only needed to adjust the right ail links. And she hovers with no hands.
