Radio - JR & Spektrum DSM > DX7 and 2 elevator servos.

Hey all,

I am building a 27% Yak that has two servos for elevator, one in each stab half. There is a particular way they have to be mounted and when I Y them together they work in oppposite direction. SO I am trying to figure out how to set up a mix using ele and aux2 channel. I tried ele as master and aux 2 as slave but am only getting half the movement on aux 2 servo. I set the mix to 100%. On monitor screen, it shows the aux 2 way over to right and not in center. How would I get it in center?

Any help on this setup much appreciated

Put them in 2 different channels and set a mix. If you go to this site, he's collected all the set up info for how to do things like you are looking for.

THe problem you are having is that you still have Aux 2 enabled to the switch on the radio. You need to go into he radio setup (the one you get to by holding down the 2 bottom left buttons while turning the radio on) and turn off Aux 2. Also, make sure you use Mix 5 or 6, otherwise your trim won't work right.

I had the same problem with my F-22 Rapture flap set up with the DX7. Ended up buying a reversing Y-cord ~$6.00 and your only other option could be to purchase a reversing servo. Hope this helps. I got the parts from horizon hobby.
